C.1848, Smith and Goodrich, Bristol, Conn., unusual box clock with 30 hour time and strike fusee movement. Except for a minor chip on the base molding , the rosewood veneer is very good. Using a round brass painted dial, with center opening to reveal the brass movement. Retains a very good label, original dial surround and dial; mirror is period, cut down from a larger piece. Height 16 '
