Catalog Description: C.1875, French, Inlaid 4 column Empire mantel clock in very good condition. This clock has been recently restored, the case refinished and the original gilding sharp and bright. The engine turned dial has been professionally re-silvered and is very nice. Minor nicks here and there on the case, but overall very good. The quality of the floral inlay is exceptional; note unique pendulum cast in the shape of a shell (very nice). Height 20 inches $750-1000 |
