Catalog Description: C.1895, French, A Small Boulle Style mantel clock with restoration. This case has been polished with a buffing wheel, and the shell buffed away in a couple of spots. The pendulum is old but smooth; should be a little cast brass head or sun. Has a good movement with the signature of Marti, Paris. The small porcelain dial has blue Roman numerals and original moon hands. Runs and strikes the hours and halves on a bell; Height 12" $600-800 |
