E Howard and Company Regulator No. 70

Catalog Description:

C.1900, E. Howard and Co., Boston, "Regulator No. 70" in oak, nicely restored. This particular clock came from the New York Schools Dep"t. When it was recovered at the maintenance site, the dial was bad, but the fellows found a box of original "new old stock" dials in a box from E. Howard. This dial shows no use, but is from that box. The dials were pre-punched with perimeter holes, so there are now a couple of extra holes in the oak case. Case is stamped with a series number which supports the NYS ownership. Case has been refinished; damascene pendulum excellent; Height 31.3'
