The timepiece movement with original verge escapement, decorated back cock signed "Alibert", Paris. The figural case of a boy carrying a bale of hay with original mercury gilding. The clock sits on a boxwood strung rosewood base with mother of pearl engraved plague signed "Alibert", housing a fine quality musicbox playing two tunes, Paris. Circa 1810. 15" x 11" x 5.5"
