Catalog Description: Heirloom Grandfather Clock This gorgeous clock measures 77' high x 19" wide and 11 inches deep and was purchased new in 1979. Constructed of solid oak and oak veneers, it is fitted with a Triple chime solid brass German movement with moonphase dial. This clock is flawless and the Kiplinger movement was just serviced. The case features beveled glass in the doors and side panels and an open glass viewing pane for the movement. The case is finished in a hand rubbed oil. The movement was just serviced, cleaned and adjusted and chimes on the quarter hour with mutable chimes and striker. The clock is chain wound, with new shells and weights and features a beautiful 9" Lyre Pendulum. |
