Catalog Description:

C.1900, German for the French market, figural alarm shelf clock This is a cute clock. The porcelain dial has some small hairlines and is loose in the bezel. The clock house a lever movement with a third hand on the front to set the alarm. The gold finish on the white metal case has mostly worn off and been replaced by paint; right leg has been soldered on at some time. The casting shows an young lad trying to coax a mule out of the shed. Does tick Ok and tries to eek out an alarm; generally good condition; will need cleaning. Height 13"
