C.1890, French, Night Clock in original fitted case This clock came from a home in Maine, and was apparently received as a wedding gift, and then packed away after a short use. It is virtually like new with bright yellow gilding on the bronze case, and the case itself retains original silk (top) and velour (lower) lining in very good order. Pictured with the candle holder out to the right; this would normally be out of view behind the clock. This item is certain to attract a lot of attention owing to the extraordinary condition. One day movement. Height of clock 5". Case 7 x 6 x 2 inches
