Catalog Description:

C.1880, French, Industrial Series, Marine theme desk clock and barometer with thermometer, restored. This is an attractive clock, the movements held in circles of gilded rope between the flukes and the shank, and with a bronze anchor, the tapered shank with a Fahrenheit thermometer intact. The time only movement is dirty but sound and complete, and the Aneroid barometer seems OK. The fired porcelain dials are good, save for some dirt; hands original.
