Catalog Description:

C.1900, French crystal regulator shelf clock for Bailey Banks and Biddle (Philada), a high quality with cloisonne along the risers, plus top and bottom trim at the front. The enamel is primarily light aqua, with white and red accents. The pendulum similarly decorated. The fancy dial with polychrome accents in the from of floral wreaths, plus a jeweled sash around the bezel. Beveled glass is good except for one small corner chip in the rear panel. The entire clock in good original condition, the movement running and striking the hours and halves on a coiled wire gong, and signed on the rear "Bailey, Banks and Biddle" (scant remains of signature on dial). Nice small size; height 10"
