Catalog Description:

New Haven Clock Co. walnut parlor clock, c. 1881 the signed and dated movement marked New Haven from New Haven, CT. The date is stamped March 1, 1881. Measures 22 by 11 inches, but the case has been reduced in width by a very small amount on both sides. Maybe someone was trying to make it fit in a tight space. It has also had a repair on the top of the case too. The painted glass in the front door is original, as is the 4 inch zinc dial. It ticks and strikes.
