Catalog Description:

Walnut shelf clock c. 1890 Dimensions:23" tall by 11 inches wide at the base. Maker/Mfgr./Author/Artist: Condition:MINT-original; good running order. Circa:1890 Materials:Solid Walnut case; brass movement; hand-painted door glass; painted numeral ring on the dial. Description:This Victorian parlor clock retains its original door glass with attractive pink green and gold reverse-painted highlights; original painted dial; and original clean and well running movement. There is no maker's label on the case which has been nicely and professionally refinished. The movement is not signed, But this clock is shown in the original 1881 catalogue of the New Haven Clock Co.. Their trade name for this clock was the "DUNA".
