Herschede Clock Company Model No. 215

Catalog Description:

C.1950, Herschede Hall Clock Co., Model 215, mahogany 9-tube, 2-tune, rolling moon, hall clock, in generally good original condition. There is a minor repair to the top dust cover where it got dropped on one corner, but that does not show when the clock is assembled. The movement has been cleaned and re-cabled and seems to belt out both tunes (Whittington and Westminster)with authority. The lower door glass and side glasses bear a heavy edge bevel; door lock is intact, and with original signed Herschede winding crank. Height 80"
