Catalog Description: C.1956, Swiss, LeCoultre ATMOS, perpetual, never wind mantel clock, serial No.61279. The gilding on the case looks to be in good condition but the case has a dullness, probably caused by the lacquer coating aging. Note the case itself is free of stress cracks that often plagued these 1950s models. Movement is complete and sound; this is a one owner mailed up to us from Florida. The original Atmos booklet is included. These are still sold today in fine stores for around $2000. Height 9" |
