English triple chain fusee, 8 bell bracket clock. This clock has been thru the shop and put in good running condition 8 day movement has large solid plates, 8 1/2 inches by 7 1/2 inches, no inscription on the back plate Strikes Westminster chimes on the quarters and strikes the large standing gong on the hours The large brass dial surround is 10 1/2 inches high and 8 1/2 inches wide, dial ring with etched numerals, 3 subsidiary dials, chime-silent;slow-fast; and Westminster Chime-Chime on 8 bells The beautifully grained mahogany case is 21 inches high and 16 1/2 inches wide There is burl and pearl inlay at the top and on the sides, beveled glass in the door, heavy brass curtain on the side openings, 4 turned feet, full solid door on the back Correct pendulum, old door key and winding key
