Seth Thomas, "Regulator No. 1 Extra", ca 1875. 8 day, time only using the Silas B Terry weight movement Outstanding 44 inch figured mahogany case,fully restored at some point The dial was repainted, but bottom glass and the gilt trim are original Brass pendulum bob, stick is gold gilt Old flat weight, original door lock There is about 90% of the original black label on the sliding partition Complete from the top thru "Seth Thomas, Thomaston Below that the board and label are missing If you have ever tried to get the weight out of a No 1 Extra case, you will understand why someone broke off part of the partition No 1 cases and movements are pictured in Ly-SethThomas, pages 108, 109
