A FRENCH PATINATED BRONZE AND SLATE THREE-PIECE CLOCK GARNITURE, clock by Japy Freres, late 19th century, bronze signed Dubois. The slate dial mounted with brass Roman numerals in an oblong case surmounted by a sculpture of two classical ladies reading a letter, with a pair of six-light candelabra, each modeled as a classical lady holding aloft candle branches, all three pieces on slate bases with a metal band of palmettes, scrolls and beaded swags and gilt metal borders - 30 in.
