Catalog Description:

Ansonia Clock Co. statue clock, "Olympia and Chloris", ca 1904. 8 day balance wheel movement, half hour gong strike, runs very well. Nice one piece porcelain dial, rocco sash, beveled glass. Case expertly refinished in Verde Bronze, complete except for the wand in her hand. This is a two piece set, statue held onto base with pegs, lifts off easily. One of the more collectable statue clocks. Ly-Ansonia No.1496.
