Catalog Description:

C.1855, E, C., Brewster and Son, Bristol, Conn., 8-day time and strike beehive clock in good condition. The refinished mahogany veneer on the case is very nice with only a small chip on the corner of the base. The door has an unusual cut and frosted glass in extra nice condition. The original painted dial has some touch up and the signature has been poorly strengthened. The hands are original. The brass springs have been replaced with steel. The door lock has been replaced. The clock has a ribbed plate movement signed "Brewster and Ingrahams, Bristol, Conn". This clock had an alarm that is now lost; label has some water stains, but is legible. Height 19" $225-$325
