Bulle

Catalog Description:

C.1930, Bulle, French Battery electric skeleton timepiece. This is a scarce example under a dome with a 24-hour dial and exposed escapement. The dial is in beautiful condition with no damage. The movement with the serial No. of 202822 is signed and marked "Bulle Clock Co., France". This type of clock was patented by Maurice Favre-Bulle. The most outstanding feature of this model is the cut crystal dome, covered with grapes and grape vines; it has one tiny chip, bottom rear margin that does not show when the dome is in place. Production began about 1920 and continued until 1954. Height 15" $900-$1,200
