Catalog Description:

Hamburg-American Clock Co, round gallery, ca 1900. 30 hour, balance wheel movement, alarm and time springs. Crossed arrow trademark on the movement and dial. Large brass bell on top of the case to sound an alarm. Convex glass in a brass bezel. Glass held by putty. 8 1/2 inch metal dial, brass alarm ring under the hands. Movement in a box, back door installed like a cuckoo door. 12 inch wood case, rounded from the middle of the glass to the outer edge of the case. A very well made, functional clock, runs and alarms.
