Smith and Goodrich

Catalog Description:

Smith & Goodrich, Bristol, Conn., ca 1847. This is a double fusee shelf clock in a miniature case only 15 inches high. Walnut veneer is very nice, except a couple of picky things, a little glue showing where veneer was pressed down on the door, and a couple of miniscule flakes of veneer off on one side. Old mirror was rebacked with silver, zinc dial professionally repainted. Full label on the inside, dial not original to this clock but will do fine until another can be found. 30 hour striking movement.
