Hands, dial, finials, all original. The case was lightly cleaned, no attempt make to hide any bruises or veneer chips, hardly anything to hide anyway. The inside of the case is covered with black paper. A small piece of the paper is missing behind the pendulum The bare wood was covered with black paint so you can hardly notice the piece torn.
