Seth Thomas Regulator No. 2

Catalog Description:

Seth Thomas Clock Co. "Regulator No. 2", ca 1909. Repair dates marked on the case and dial back to 1919. Everything about the clock is original and is generally in very good condition. Old "NCR-3460" New York Central Railroaddial, has the normal wear for Seth Thomas dials of this age, most of theold label remains in the base, good glasses, brass movement, bezel, pendulum, are all in untouched condition. The mahogany case has been refinished, now a much lighter shade. They put a coat of shellac or similar finish onthe wood which gives it a shine. I checked the movement and it is correctand like the movement in Ly-Seth Thomas No. 368, and the clock is identicalto No. 362. Old mahogany veneer case is 34 inches long, perhaps a chip or two, nothing worth writing about, movement secured to an iron bracket, 8 day timeonly, 80 beats to the minute, and running very good.
