Atkins Clock Co., Bristol, Conn, per large full label insidethis outstanding gallery clock. I will use the words "very rare" to describethis Ca 1859 clock. It is 30 day, double fusee, time only, in wonderful, almost perfect condition. I have been holding this clock for a long time, waiting for Mr. Ly to publish the Atkins catalog for which he has collectedall the information, because I knew when it was published these rare oldAtkins clocks would skyrocket in price. People have told me this is a rareclock and could sell for $5000 or more. It is not practical for me to holdrare clocks waiting for books to be published. The original painted dialis 18 inches and has retained the paint very well except for very few scratchedplaces. Octagon, mahogany veneer case is 27 inches, hinged at the top, rippledall around the edge and in great condition all over.
