Catalog Description:

C.1975, German, Horolovar (Clocktrade Enterprises, Bronxville) reproduction of the famous Briggs rotary timepiece. Charlie Terwilliger imported a run of 2000 of these, and they have become quite collectible; this one is number 1542. The Briggs was an American adaptation of the European "conical pendulum" clock, commonly called a rotary pendulum. The desirable feature of this particular model is the 8-day duration. This timepiece is very good original condition with original glass dome; dome is behind clock in web-foto. Suspension thread will need replacing (simple job) Height 8 inches
