Catalog Description: C.1980, Boston Clock Co., CENTENNIAL COMMEMORATIVE, serial No. B056. This house strike clock was made by Chelsea Clock company to commemorate the 100 year anniversary of Boston Clock Co. The dial is marked "1880-Boston-1980", and similarly identified on the rear plate. This is a HEAVY and well made clock, and was expensive when new (much more than our estimate). Seems to be running and striking fine. Height 9 inches |
