Catalog Description:

C.1890, French Conical Pendulum clock in good condition. This is a nice small size clock, with evidence of good care through its life. The black marble base has ormolu paw feet and lions with rings through their mouth on either side. The attractively gowned female statue retains her original gilding, with dirt and some wear and minor separation from the spelter below. The ball type rotary pendulum is original. The incised marble dial retains good gilding in the Roman numerals, and with original hands. This is a nice example with a reasonable estimate. Pendulum is at podium. Height 21 inches
