A good quality 20th century mahogany weight driven grandmother clock, Circa 1930 8 day duration with anchor escapement, hour and half hour rack striking on a gong. 8" break arch brass dial with silvered chapter ring and spandrels, with engraved centre. Silvered convex disc in the arch with engraving of William Shakespeare's house. The mahogany case with swan neck pediment surmounted by urn finial, canted angles to the trunk, with square beading to base, on shaped bracket feet. Fully overhauled. Height: 74.5" - 89cm
