A not-quite-monumental-sized figural, 19.5 inches
across and 21 inches tall.
The metalwork has been professionally refinished in an antique gold with a lacquer-like finish.
The black lacquer metal base is without blemishes and the gilt incising is still evident.
The porcelain dial is perfect; the
open escapement has steel pallets.
The 8-day time-and-strike movement is signed and running and striking on the hours and half-hours.
