Antique American Clocks
Atkins Clock Co. "Round Top No. 2", 1870-1880.
Atkins made this model in three sizes (18, 17, and
15 inches tall) and two styles (with and without columns on the sides).
The rosewood veneer on this 17-inch model is in top
condition with a great finish.
Both glasses are original, the dial was repainted by Linda Rivard, the hands are correct but
not original.
The 8-day movement is unsigned, running and striking on a wire gong.
There is a dark but readable label
