E. Howard & Co. "No. 5 Banjo", ca. 1880's.
A relatively new mahogany case holding a signed
E. Howard movement with steel plates.
The glasses are newer as well; the pendulum bob is Howard issue and damascened.
There is an old iron weight with the number 5 imprinted, and an old dial that has been repainted.
It is running nicely.
