Ingraham shelf clock, ca. 1890.
A 24-inch case carved in black walnut with an old, dark, and crusty-in-places
The door glass is old with a good stencil, there is a level bubble at the bottom and a newer thermometer at the top.
Both are functioning.
The paper dial is in bad shape and ready for replacement.
The 8-day movement is signed, running
and striking with a typical Ingraham pendulum.
The alarm is hooked up but not tested.
Cannot find this one in Ly's book
on Ingraham clocks and there is no label left on the back.
