The door glass is old.
The porcelain dial is flawless, the hands appropriate, with a replaced/broken seconds hand.
brass weights and a large brass bob, the movement signed with the serial number 402837, dating the movement to around 1875 (depending
on which reference source you believe).
It is running and striking on a wire gong on the hours and half-hours.
