Antique American Clocks
Gebruder Resch Remember 3-weight Vienna, ca. 1885.
A 45-inch walnut case with burled inlays
on the backwall, base, and bottoms of the columns.
The peaked crest is original.
All the glasses are new, held in place
with glazer's points.
The Grand Sonnerie movement is signed "Remember" and the serial number stamped in the backplate matches
the number stamped into the pendulum stick and the mounting bracket.
There are three smaller weights and fancy pulleys.
The clock is running and striking correctly.
