is Honduran mahogany with a superb finish.
The clock has "a self-adjusting beat pendulum, automatic night shut-off from 10 pm
to 7:15 am, and a solid brass plate suitable for personalizing the clock".
I don't believe it has ever been set up, but it is
running and chiming on 8 rods with three different chimes - Whittington, St. Michael, or Westminster (or silent).
