Southern Calendar Clock Co. "Fashion No. 4",
A second example of the Fashion No. 4, this
one with some serious deficiencies.
The walnut case is clean, the finials old and possibly original; the door glass is a modern
replacement (and of course so is the lettering).
Both dials are soiled and chipping badly; the hands are correct but not original.
The signed Seth Thomas movement will run but the pendulum spring is broken and will need a new rod soldered on.
The brass bob
is beaten up.
The calendar is working, the rollers have been recovered.
