Ansonia Clock Co. “Knight”, ca. 1904. A beautifully refinished casting in brass, 14.5 inches tall and 16 inches wide. The dial glass is beveled, the two-part porcelain dial signed and with a small chip at the ‘6’, proper hands and a visible escapement. The 8-day, time and half-hour strike movement is signed and running, striking a standing cathedral gong. No issues here; AAC sold one just like it in 2023 for $200. $150–$250.
