Brewster & Ingrahams miniature 30-hr OG, ca. 1845. A 17-inch case veneered in mahogany with two period/original glasses. The veneer is complete, no repairs, the finish is clean. The milk-glass tablet is in poor condition, with considerable losses. The original contoured dial has the original paint, with losses, and is signed; the hands are correct and likely original. The 30-hour ribbed movement is signed and running, striking on a wire gong and driven by two brass springs. A good label inside. AACsold two similar examples in 2023 for $100 each. $100-$200.
